I. Conditions and method of accommodation

The PECR WELLNESS, PECR DEEP hotel (hereinafter referred to as the "hotel") is entitled to accommodate duly registered Clients. For this purpose, the Client must present a ID card or other valid identity card, passport or other travel document in accordance with the Act on the Residence of Foreigners in the Czech Republic at the reception of the hotel.

Every Client who is not a citizen of the Czech Republic (foreigner) is obliged, within the meaning of the Act on the Residence of Foreigners in the Czech Republic, as amended, to fill in and hand over the official document of the residence report presented to the Client upon arrival by the hotel employee to the reception, while all required data must be true and complete.

Based on the reserved accommodation, the Client can check in between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm on the day of arrival. Until this time, the hotel shall reserve the room for the Client if there is no other requirement in the order and the hotel has confirmed it.

A Client, who insists on accommodation before 09:30 am, is obliged to pay the price for an earlier arrival according to the valid price list, unless the hotel has agreed otherwise with the Client in advance.

The Client shall check out no later than 10:00 am (does not refer to special packages where the exact time is defined) and vacate the room until that time unless agreed otherwise individually in advance. If the Client does not vacate the room by 10:00 am, the hotel may charge him / her for the next day, unless otherwise agreed in advance, this is without prejudice to the termination of the accommodation relationship between the hotel and the guest on the day the guest should have properly vacated the room . If the Client does not vacate the room, the hotel reserves the right to prevent the guest from accessing the room, and in case of unpaid payment for stay or other debts of the Client, the hotel reserves the right to enforce its right to retain movable property brought by the guest to the room. The room is considered vacated after the Client takes all their belongings out of the room, hands in the el. card to the reception desk and informs the authorized hotel staff inform that you are checking out of the accommodation. The hotel reserves the right to check the room inventory (furniture, appliances, forgotten items).

If the Client wishes to prolong their stay, the hotel may offer him/her another room in a price range other than the original one. In this case, the Client is not entitled to accommodation in the room in which they were originally accommodated, nor to accommodation in any other room of the hotel if it is not possible due to the hotel's capacities or for operational reasons.

The hotel reserves the right, in exceptional cases, to offer the Client accommodation other than that originally agreed, if substantially different from the confirmed order.

The hotel provides its Clients with services to the extent they are mutually agreed and to the extent that this is determined by the applicable law. The Client is obliged to pay the payment for accommodation and services provided in accordance with the hotel's valid price list by the last day of their stay at the latest. The payment terms are hereby inviolable on the basis of the accommodation agreements. A pricelist of all hotel services and other services can be found at the hotel reception.

The hotel reserves the right not to accommodate a Client if the guest's clothing or behavior do not correspond to good morals, if the guest is obviously under the influence of alcohol or psychotropic substances, or if the guest or his clothing or baggage is excessively dirty.

The hotel reserves the right to not accommodate a Client whose on the list of persons not paying for accommodation services, and not to hold a Client who uses / manipulates our reservation system in order to obtain a higher discount for accommodation. In addition, the hotel reserves the right to refuse

to accommodate a Client according to the decision of the reception staff (or the hotel director) without giving any further reason.

The Client is obliged to adapt the stay in the hotel and in all its facilities and operations to their current state of health and physical and mental abilities.

 

II. Payment for the provided accommodation and cancellation fees

For accommodation and provided services, the Client is obliged to pay the price in accordance with the hotel's valid price list, but the last day of the stay at the latest based on the presentation of the bill, together with the statement of the advance payments provided by the Client. For stays longer than 7 days, the Client is required to pay for the whole stay no later than by the seventh day of stay unless the hotel and the Client have agreed otherwise.

A pricelist for accommodation and other services is available at the hotel reception.

The hotel reserves the right to ask the Client for identification data of their payment card when making a reservation as well as a deposit of 50% of the price of the stay at the hotel. A reservation for the hotel becomes binding only upon receipt of a deposit on the hotel account. The hotel is entitled to block the amount of the deposit on the credit card, whose number the Client provides when making a reservation in the form of a pre-authorization payment.

In case the Client cancels his / her stay no later than by 8:00 pm on the third day before the date on which the accommodation should begin, cancellation of the reservation is free of charge.

In case the Client cancels his / her stay after 8:00 pm on the third day before the date on which the accommodation should begin, a fee for the cancellation is charged according to the valid pricelist.

In the event that the reservation is not canceled properly and the Client does not show up by the start of the accommodation, the date of commencement of the stay will not be postponed to a later day in the reserved length of stay. The Client is obliged to pay a cancellation fee according to the hotel price list.

In the event that the Client does not pay the price for accommodation, the hotel is entitled to terminate the stay, to prevent access to the hotel building and to refuse to provide additional services. The hotel is also entitled to terminate the stay for a Client who is in breach of these accommodation rules or good manners.

In the event of a shorter stay, the hotel has the right to charge the Client the full amount of the agreed price for the whole reserved stay.

Proper cancellation of the reservation must be communicated in writing, electronically and may be made no later than 8:00 pm on the third day before the date on which the accommodation was to begin.

The hotel is entitled to charge the Client a fee of EUR 100 or its equivalent in CZK for leaving the room excessively dirty after the end of the accommodation, especially unwashed dishes. The hotel is also entitled to charge the Client for the cost of damaged, destroyed or lost room equipment, and the hotel is entitled to block and withhold the amounts thus charged on the guest's credit card.

 

III. Responsibility of the hotel and the Client

The hotel is responsible for damages caused to things brought and left by the Client in the hotel's accommodation area according to the generally binding regulations.

The hotel provides guests with a safe deposit box (at the reception) which they recommend storing all valuables in. The service is provided free of charge.

The hotel shall familiarize the Client with the equipment and value of the room / apartment inventory. The Client is responsible for damage to the equipment or the inventory of the hotel according to the applicable law. In the case of damage / loss or destruction of hotel property, the hotel is entitled to compensation for damages. The value of the room inventory is set in the written record found in each room. It is in the Client's best interest to check the equipment upon arrival in the room or to inquire about its contents or inform the hotel reception upon arrival in the event of the destruction/loss or damage to the equipment in the room. As a statutory representative, the Client is responsible for damages caused by minors for whom they are responsible, as well as for damage caused by persons or animals, which are on the premises of the accommodation and permitted to stay there by the Client. The hotel also reserves the right to refuse to wash bed linen that is excessively dirty or damaged. Compensation for damage will be claimed in full amount of the purchase price of the bed linen.

In the event of damage to hotel property caused by the Client, the Client is obliged to compensate for the damage caused at the latest on the last day of the Client's stay or on the basis of an invoice issued within 14 days from the date of termination of the Client's stay, payable within 10 days of delivery to the Client provided the hotel decides on such compensation.
 

In case the Client refuses to pay the price for the damaged or destroyed equipment of the hotel in accordance with these accommodation conditions, the hotel is entitled to charge the Client a contractual penalty of 0.05% per day from the amount due for each day of delay, together with default interest at the amount determined by the generally binding legal regulation.

The hotel is not responsible for theft or damage to motor vehicles. The hotel recommends that guests make sure their car is properly locked and secure. It also recommends not leaving loosely laid personal belongings in the car. The hotel is not responsible for any damage caused by a guest in the garage or hotel parking lot to third parties. The hotel reserves the right to demand and charge for damage to the property of the hotel by the guest's vehicle, even if the damage was caused by a third party in the guest’s vehicle or by the guest in a third-party vehicle.

The Client is required to act in such a way as to prevent damage to health, property, nature and the environment. The hotel recommends that the Client keep the door locked even when in the room. Before opening the door to strangers, check the reason for entering the room and, in case of any doubt, contact the reception immediately. Before leaving the room, the guest will check whether the windows and doors are closed.

The hotel is not responsible for any damage caused outside the premises of the hotel.

 

IV. Eating and the sale of alcoholic beverages

Clients are not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages in the hotel (in front of the reception, in the lounge, in the restaurant) which have not been purchased at the hotel or the hotel restaurant.

Persons over 18 years of age are allowed to consume alcohol in the hotel premises, exclusively within the context of the hotel's beverage or wine card.

The Client is obliged to familiarize the hotel staff with any serious or food restrictions and report these to the hotel staff.

A hotel employee is entitled to refuse to sell alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 and apparently already under the influence of alcohol.

The hotel provides breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel's restaurant within a time-frame determined by the hotel's operating rules. Guests may ask for snacks prepared for them according to the possibilities of the kitchen outside the time reserved for lunch and dinner.

Room service - room service is provided in the hotel for accommodated guests according to the rules and the valid price list. Room service can be used by guests who have an open account in the hotel according to the payment guarantee rules. Consumption that is charged to the guest's hotel account must be signed by the guest. Cash room service payments are only available at the cash desk in the hotel's restaurant or reception.

 

V. Generally applicable provisions.

Guests are welcome to use the hotel lobby or other public areas of the hotel to receive visits. The Client may only receive guests in the room where they are accommodated, with the consent of the responsible reception employee or hotel management from 08:00 am to 10:00 pm. The hotel employee is not allowed to provide any information about the accommodated Clients to third parties (except for police officers after their legitimation and demonstration of the justification for requesting such information) or to allow a guest's third party to visit without his / her consent.
 

In the hotel's rooms and public spaces, the Client may not move the interior equipment, make any changes and modifications to the hotel's facilities, perform any electrical work or other installation without the consent of a responsible person or hotel management.
 

In the hotel and especially in the room, guests are not allowed to use their own electrical appliances. This rule does not apply to electrical appliances for personal hygiene (electric razor, etc.) and small household appliances (notebook, mobile phone, etc.)

Clients are not allowed to bring items to the rooms for storage, which the hotel has allocated other places for, such as sporting goods, skis, prams, bicycles, carts, etc. The Client can receive information at the reception for the safekeeping of these things. Damage to hotel property caused despite this prohibition will be charged to the guest in full compensation. In the event of a breach of this prohibition, the hotel is entitled to charge the Client a contractual penalty of €100 for each violation. If the damage is greater, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the damage.

Smoking is allowed only in the reserved area outside the hotel (terrace behind the reception, at the main entrance). The rooms have a strict smoking ban including on the balconies. In the event of a breach of this prohibition, the hotel is entitled to charge the Client a contractual penalty of €100 for each violation. If the damage is greater, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the damage. The rooms are equipped with smoke detectors connected to the alarm receiving center. In the event that a guest violates the ban on smoking and the handling of an open flame or smoke source and causes the response of the fire brigade, they will be charged damages related to the response of the fire-fighting unit apart from the contractual penalty. The unauthorized handling of smoke detectors or other safety equipment is prohibited. The hotel is entitled to charge the Client a contractual penalty of € 100 for any interference with the functionality of smoke detectors or other safety equipment.

The hotel has a strict ban on the use of any narcotic and psychotropic substances. The hotel is entitled to inform the Police of the Czech Republic and immediately cancel the accommodation of a guest who has violated this prohibition without compensation.

Clients are strictly forbidden from using the Wellness center facilities under the influence of alcohol and psychotropic substances. A Client suffering from cardiovascular disease, or who has any health problems, as a result of which spending time in a pool or in a sauna can aggravate their health or endanger their life can only use the sauna at their own risk and responsibility.

Dogs and other animals cannot move unattended on the hotel premises and, if so, only with the consent of the responsible hotel employee or on the basis of a prior agreement of the Client with the hotel, provided that the owner demonstrates their medical fitness. The price for accommodation is charged according to the current hotel price list. The following measures apply to the accommodation of dogs and other animals:

Dogs and other animals are forbidden to enter and be in areas where food is stored or prepared or food and beverages are served.

Only small breeds of dogs are allowed entrance to the hotel accommodation and only with permission of the hotel manager.

Dogs and other animals are strictly forbidden to enter the Wellness center.

All dogs must have a leash and a muzzle in every public area of the hotel and restaurant.

Dogs and other animals must not be allowed to rest / lie on a bed or other facility that serves for the Client's rest.

Dogs and other animals must not be fed on items used to prepare or serve food for guests.

In the event of any damage to the hotel equipment by an animal, the Client is obliged to pay the damage in full.

The pet owner and the Client that allowed the animal to stay in the room shall be responsible to the full extent for the animal.

For the abovementioned violation of the rules and measures, except for direct damage to property that is charged to the guest in full, the guest will be charged for the additional cleaning of the room or area soiled by the animal up to EUR 100.

The hotel reserves the right to charge, if any, direct cleaning costs exceeding the above amount, in full. The hotel also reserves the right to cover the payment for new bedding, which was used for the animals to sleep on. The cost of this bedding will be charged to the guest in full.

Cleaning and checking rooms where the guest is housed with the animal must be provided in such a way that there is no risk to the staff or other hotel guests. Inspection must be possible, at least once a day, to detect damage or excessive contamination.

Before leaving, the Client is obliged to shut off the water tap in the room, turn off the room light, to close the balcony door in a room with a balcony, close the windows, lock the door and hand over the el. card from the room at the reception. The hotel charges EUR 20 for the loss of el. cards.

Clients are obliged to dispose of waste products exclusively in the designated containers in the designated locations.

For safety reasons, the hotel recommends not leaving children under 12 years of age without adult supervision in the room or in other hotel rooms.

From 10:00 pm to 06:00 am, the Client is required to observe the night-time quiet. With the consent of the operator (hotel manager or representative), social events can also be organized at the hotel's premises after 10:00 pm, in the premises designated for this purpose. In addition, the Client is required to observe the daily quiet time from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. It is forbidden to create excessive noise in the hotel during the entire day. If the Client creates excessive noise, the/she will be warned by the hotel employee to discontinue such behavior, otherwise it will be taken as a gross violation of these accommodation rules.

The Client shall not bear arms or carry ammunition on the hotel premises, or be in possession of them in a state enabling their immediate use.

If the hotel's Clients are very interested in using the additional Wellness center services, the hotel reserves the right to restrict access.

Guest complaints and suggestions to improve the hotel's activities are accepted by the hotel's manager. The questionnaire is available at the reception.

Disputes arising from this agreement will be settled through courts in the Czech Republic. In disputes relating to compensation for damage, in which the defendant is a person residing in an EU Member State, the jurisdiction of the court has been determined as the place where the damage occurred, pursuant to Article 5, point 3 of Council Regulation (EC) No. 44/2001 of 22 December 2000 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 14 of Act No. 634/1992 Coll. On Consumer Protection, the hotel shall inform the Client about the possibility of resolving disputes out of court through the Czech Trade Inspection (in accordance with Section 20e of Act No. 634/1992 Coll.), The Internet address of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority can be found here: http://www.coi.cz/.

The Client is obliged to comply with the provisions of these accommodation rules. In the event that the Client does not comply with the accommodation rules, the hotel management has the right to withdraw from the provision of accommodation services and to withdraw from the accommodation agreement before the expiry of the agreed time. In this case, the hotel has the right to full payment of the accommodation price. The Client must then immediately leave the hotel. The Client is obliged to familiarize himself/herself with the hotel's operational and safety rules, including all its equipment, and to follow them strictly.

The guest providing the hotel with its personal data during the use of its accommodation services agrees to the processing and storing of its personal data at the company Pecr Apartments, s.r.o in the sense of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. as amended. With regard to the obligation to report accommodation pursuant to Act No. 326/1999 Coll. to the police of the Czech Republic, guests shall present a valid passport or personal identification document at the latest upon receipt of the key, while granting consent to the photocopying of such a document for the purpose of the record keeping of the hotel. If the guest fails to submit the above document, the hotel reserves the right not to provide accommodation to a guest, and in the event that the reservation is canceled, the guest is required to pay a cancellation fee in accordance with point II (6) of these conditions.

Guest accommodation is governed by the Czech legal order, based on Czech law and these accommodation rules. By accommodation, the guest accepts the accommodation rules as the terms and conditions of accommodation and is bound to comply with its provisions. The guest is obliged to familiarize himself/herself with these accommodation rules, while his/her ignorance of them will not be taken into account.

The accommodation rules are valid from 1.1.2018 and replace the previous version of 1.4.2014
