We’ve prepared simple options you can follow.
Quick reset
When you return from the mountains and want to relax quickly.
- Start in the Finnish sauna (intense heat) or bio sauna (gentler option) for 5–15 minutes
- Follow with cooling – a shower or outdoor plunge pool (1–2 minutes)
- Relax on a lounger or move to the outdoor hot tub (10–15 minutes)
Repeat the cycle 1–2 times.
Evening wellness
When you’re not in a rush and want to enjoy a calm evening.
- Start in the steam bath (gentle warming and respiratory relief) for 10–15 minutes or in the infrared cabin
- Continue to the Finnish sauna (5–15 minutes) for intense heating
- Cool down in the shower or plunge pool
- Relax in the relaxation zone (10–20 minutes)
Repeat the cycle 2–3 times and finish in the outdoor hot tub.
Your own rhythm
If you prefer your own pace, combine individual treatments as you like. Saunas, steam bath, or infrared cabin can be used according to your preference.
